Day 8- Cajun Potato Wedges

POTATOES:

1/4 Cup Butter
1 TBL Cajun Seasoning
2 16 oz packages frozen potato wedges, thawed

SAUCE:

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 tsp garlic salt
5 drops hot pepper sauce

*Heat oven to 425. Combine and melt butter and seasoning.
*Toss potato wedges in butter.
*Spread on cookie sheets (Greased)
*Bake 25 Minutes
*Combine all sauce ingredients. Mix Well.
*Spoon in small serving bowl.
*Serve together.
