16 Weeks

I am now 16 weeks pregnant. We have our 16 week doctors appointment this Thursday. Next month we get an ultrasound and find out if it's a boy or a girl. This weekend was a GREAT weekend.

Lyndon and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary! We made it!! :) We went out to Romio's Pizza and Pasta for dinner. We ate Cheese bread for an appetizer, Lyndon had Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and I had a Chicken Parmesan on top of spaghetti. It was soooo yummy! Since we have no money (You know how that is... Newlyweds and a baby on the way), we went home and watched movies.

On Sunday, Lyndon preached at church. He did a great job! We then had a youth staff meeting about the start of school BBQ! It sounds like its going to be a great hit! Sunday night, we had a small BBQ with just the two of us.

On a very very exciting note, I felt the baby this weekend. It is definitely a little wiggly thing. I have felt it move lots since then. Lyndon was able to feel the head move across my belly also. He thought that was neat!

We are going to try to record the doctors appointment this time on our digital camera. So, hopefully we can get the heartbeat on here. :):)

Until next time,

Lyndon and Stacy

Church Camp

Lyndon's youth group had church camp up in Cascade, Idaho this last week. The highschoolers were over the weekend and the Junior Highers were through the week. Lyndon and I went up on Sunday to see the high schoolers. We watched them do some water games and then we walked through McCall with them. It was lots of fun. We went and sat down by the lake also.

Lyndon left on Wednesday to go to the Junior High camp and spent the rest of the week up there until Friday. I was told that his group won all the challenges of the week and Lyndon got them over 1,000 points by winning Wii Dance. I knew he would since I've shown him all he knows! :):):)

Congratulations Tyler and Jenn

I was honored to be asked to be in Jenn and Tylers wedding. I was a bridesmaid. Lyndon married them also. It was such a hot July day, but it was such a beautiful wedding. Jenn was an amazing bride.

CONGRATULATIONS BOTH OF YOU!

Fourth of July

On the Fourth of July, Weiser has a community BBQ, a firemans challenge for little kids and firefighters, and a fireworks show. Its a great day to be from a small town. I took all the kids down to the BBQ and ate hamburgers, chips, cookies, and watermelon. Then we watched the kids spray the hoses to try to get a ball into a goal. The kids got more wet than the ball most of the time. Then the firefighters had a challenge. It was fun. My dad and Ron won the challenge...

The Next Step Dance Studio Performs

On the Saturday of Fiddle Week, my dancers and tumblers performed. They did such a great job. It was so hot and the mats were in the sun. One of the girls started crying because it was hot on her feet, but she finished the performance. I felt so bad for them because it was so stinkin' hot. The dancers were on stage in the shade so it was a little better for them. It was really really hot that day.

Fiddle Festival Parade

Fiddle Festival was the 3rd week in June. On Saturday, they have a parade. Lyndon drove the antique fire truck and I rode with him. At the last minute, my dad jumped in and rode the parade with us. It was fun! Johnny and Brogan were in the back of the fire truck and threw candy. It was about 100 degrees outside... HOT! And the truck has no air conditioning, not to mention we were going 5 mph. It was fun to see the nieces on the side of the road and Johnny threw candy to them.

Here is Johnny before the parade started in the back of the fire truck.

Community Service Project

Our church decided instead of having a traditional Sunday service, we would do Sunday "Service". We had 4 or 5 different projects around the Payette, Fruitland, Ontario area. Some included pealing paint off of a school building, pulling weeds and finishing a flower bed for an elderly woman, cleaning a yard and weed eating property for a man who was in the hospital, and cleaning and burning weeds for an elderly woman.

The projects went really well. We did them on Fathers Day. We started out at the church with a small breakfast of muffins and fruit and then everyone was divided into groups. there were about 8 to 15 people per group. We all went out for 2 hours and did our projects. We helped weed and finish the flower bed and clean and weed eat another house.

After the projects were over, everyone did there own thing for Fathers Day. It was such an amazing day. We were able to serve God by serving others, changing a Sunday around and showing people we care about them. It was great!!!

Vacation Bible School

In June, West Valley Church put on Vacation Bible School. Lyndon was a leader for one of the groups. I was supposed to be a leader for the pre-school group but I had to back out because I was 8 to 9 weeks pregnant and miserable. I couldn't handle that much at that point.

Emma and Alexie went to VBS and were in the pre-school group. I came and picked them up a couple times and on the last day Sarah and I went and watched them the entire time. It looked like they really enjoyed themselves. Alexie loved the dancing and singing, and Emma enjoyed the crafts!

15 Weeks

I have been horrible at not posting on my blog. Things have been crazy busy around our house.

I am 15 weeks yesterday. Morning sickness subsided around 10 or 11 weeks which I am extremely happy about. I am still fighting to stay in some of my regular pants but I think today will be my last day of the fight. I am sitting at work completely uncomfortable!

I have felt a little flutter here and there and a little movement! I was worried that I was getting excited over a little gas but I was told by someone.... Gas feels bad, baby feels amazing. It's definitely not an uncomfortable movement. Lyndon can't wait until he can feel the baby move.

This past week has been a busy one for us. On Saturday, Lyndon married Jenn and Tyler Laird in Weiser. I was one of the bridesmaids. It was a beautiful wedding! We had a wonderful time and we are so happy for them. It was a HOTTTT day! I drank lots of water! We took some pictures outside and then it got too hot and we left for the reception. On Sunday, Lyndon and I took a drive up to Cascade, Idaho to visit the church camps that are going on up there. It was the high school camp that we went to. This week (Mon-Fri) is the Junior High Camp. Lyndon is up there from today (Wed) until Friday.

On Monday, Lyndon went downstairs to the basement, a place we rarely go, and found a leak down there. It had flooded the basement and we weren't sure the damage. We pulled everything up and threw lots of stuff away. We now have everything in plastic bins in the shed. We had to pull the carpet out of one of the bedrooms and we bleached everything.

On Tuesday morning, we woke up and found that our washing machine was broken. It had filled with water and broke. So, we had to wring out all the clothes and dry them. Last night, we siphoned the water out of it.

Things just keep going wrong with this house. Hopefully nothing will happen for a while.

I will try to keep this updated a little more. Next week on Thursday is our 16 week appointment. We will hear the heart beat again!! :) We tried recording the heartbeat at our last appointment but it didn't record, so we are going to use our digital camera this time. I will post it if I can....!!!! :)

Then, next month we find out what we are having!!!! :):):):)

YAYYY!!!!

Until next time,

Lyndon, Stacy, and Baby
